    Mystery dialog boxes on desktop

Over the last few weeks blank dialog boxes pop up on my desktop. They can only be dismissed by clicking on one or other of the buttons. The close box (top right) does nothing. Bitdefender and Malwarebytes show my system clean but I worry something is not right with this.
    I have attached a screenshot.

    Any help appreciated.

To find out what program/process the window belong to see this: Using Process Explorer's Find Window's Process - YouTube

Process Explorer can be downloaded from here: Process Explorer

Please tell me if I've got this right.
Wait for a box to pop up and then drag over it with the Find icon and see what it shows...

    Sorry I'm not too technical!

Thanks for your interest and help

Yes. You might want to start Process Explorer as Administrator in case the pop up belongs to a process running as System etc. Otherwise you won't see all information about it.

When you release the mouse button after moving it to the pop up window, its process will be selected/highlighted in Process Explorer.

It was bthelpbrowser.exe that was throwing up the boxes. I have informed BT and I'll bet they fix it fast...(ha ha)
