account user ID log in window

I have just re-formatted the hard drive and re-installed all the Microsoft patches, security upgrades, etc. Once this was done I went in and disabled the feature requiring me to enter a password each time i log on since I'm the only one using the computer. I have 2 user accounts: Admin and Standard (I stay in standard account). Now, for some reason, about every 60 seconds of inactivity my computer reverts back to the log in window and I need to click on which user account icon I am, after that it jumps right back to where I was before it requested this confirmation. I thought it might have something to do with the sleep or hibernating settings so I set them all to "never" but it still continues to happen. Does anyone know how or what I need to do in order to make this stop?

P.S. It doesn't do this while streaming or playing games.
