    f8 option not showing up


    I have an Alienware m17x, and I want to do a factory reset. I have been able to do it before without a problem, but for some reason my f8 option in startup isn't showing up. I am not sure what to do and I just want to factory reset, please help me out.

    Make sure Fn Lock is not on if there is one.

    Will the laptop boot? If so can;'t you start the recovery from the Start menu?

hi to everyone :) okay so the thing is i have unchecked the option for windows media player to show my music/videos history as attached (capture), but when i click on the jump list is shows the history of which videos i watched (jump list1) but not mp3 files or play lists. did i miss something?...
