Hello Llan, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you like, you should be able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before this happened to undo and fix it.

Does "Other Users" take you back to the initial login screen?

Are you able to do so at boot instead of from within Windows?

Okay i'm not sure if i really understand what you say system restore at boot, but what i did first is i restart and press f8 until it show a choices, I chose safe mode and in start menu on search box, i typed system restore and nothing happened, so i just messing restarting my pc,pressing f8 and on the choices i click computer repair? it show system restore tools ? and i choose system recovery/restore point/ the date before this problem happened as you said.Well its all good now problem RESOLVED!!

sorry my english is bad, thank you.
