So C:\users\len\Downloads\Dobby has all you pictures and is waht win7 thinks "my pictures". The registry screenshot shows the the same

In windows file explorer go to C:\users\len\Downloads right click on folder Dobby (most likely called "my pictures") and goto location tab. Location is C:\users\len\Downloads\Dobby. Change that to D:\Dobby\Pictures and click OK. If new folder doesn't exist win7 asks if it should create it.

    Now goto C:\users\len and:
goto Documents->location tab. Change it to D:\Dobby\Documents
goto Downloads->location tab. Change it to D:\Dobby\Downloads

I was really confused last night but kept at it as I do not like to be beat be it whatever I'm working on,
    I found this,
User Folders - Restore Default Location
I did that to return folder my pictures back to what I will call default, back where it all started then I moved the desired user folders to D:\Dobby\ "Folder name"
It's all the way I wanted,
Many thanks for all the time you took with me helping me out,
I think we can call this one closed,

In programs like internet explorer, firefox, google chrome and other download programs: Check if default save location is indeed pointing to new location. Most likely you have to change that manually for already installed programs!

Programs use the new "my documents" location as default save location? Most likely you have to change that manually for already installed programs! Check "my documents" location to see what programs save files there.

Paint, paintshoppro et cetera use the new "my pictures" location as default save location? Most likely you have to change that manually for already installed programs!

Been doing other things for spell, back on this issue,
Moborobo for my phone when I open it creates a new "documents" folder under C:\users\len\
I went into settings for that prog and sent everything I could find to the new
D:\Dobby\documents where it should be going then delete the doc folder it created in len but it doesn't work each time I open moborobo it creates a new doc folder in len....

In registry search for C:\users\len\ and more important C:\users\len\documents in some Moborobo key. Post screenshot of that key

    C:\users\len\documents\Moborobo is name of folder?
