Time messed up constantly

I was a happy user for an year. New build, nice performance, and overall satisfaction.
But I knew that my peace would not last long. We are at war.
A small issue crept in about a month or so in the past with my machine. The clock.

It was changing the time constantly

I tried various troubleshooting methods. Change sync servers, turn off internet sync, enable RealTimeIsUniversal and GodKnowsWhat.

It didn't help

I trawled through the internet looking for a solution but all the methods failed. It had no pattern sometimes it would be correct for extended periods of time or skip days completely not to mention minutes and hours.

Finally I had enough of it. I enabled w32 logging and am attaching the log with this post. If anyone of you would be so kind as to tell me if there is anything unusual with it I would thank him from the bottom of my heart. Else I will try changing the battery on my motherboard.

I would replace the CMOS battery (Most common is CR2032) Then set the BIOS time to the current time in your time zone. Then set windows time to match.

That is what I feared. I'll try that as soon as I can.
This is strange though considering the machine was built last October.

Thanks for your help.

The computer was built in last October but when was the battery built.

I have had batteries last years and new batteries last days. I keep about 4 battery spares because one never knows.
