    Yes, Malwarebytes can and does work with antivirus programs. Visit the following site and view the last item in the checkmark list;

    Hmm what St George quoted re the MBAM is on the money and I have no problems running it with my Kaspersky for example which is notorious for not liking other security stuff. Why the MBAM slowed down your system is a bit of a concern.

    Now I see you have been using utorrent and I have never really been a fan of using stuff like that and I am wondering if you have picked up a few nasties along the way.

    Now you could try this and it will scan the machine from power up and not involve Windows.

    RESCUE AV BOOT SCAN

    Go to here 5Bootable AntiVirus Rescue CD for Windows: Free Download and usefully the Kaspersky one is ok > make a bootable diskor USB stick set the BIOS to boot from what drive you are going to use (disk or stick) an itwill run through the machine from the very start of power on. It would pick upanything that is lurking in or around the registry at least.

    I couldn't run kaspersky rescue disk in graphical mode,just got balck screen after choosing it,only in textual mode,but then while scanning it keep asking me to skip or delete some amd driver files on my system drive which became annoying and scan was at only 1% so I quit and reboot the machine.

    So I would suggest running one of the others as the Kaspersky being like that is most unusual.
    Looking back you said MBAM slowed down webpages and personally when I am running it I try to keep from using the machine or at very least absolute essential stuff.

    OK I did full scan with comodo rescue disk..somehow I had to run it in textual mode.When I switched to graphical mode my mouse was running wild,I couldn't move it from the left corner of the screen it kept returning back to same corner.It found some malware,and I will report you back if I get same error again in Windows 7.Thanks.

    By seeing those images at #1,I understand that you're using some Windows Blinds kinda software.Or You have surely patched your system files to use that 3rd party Custom theme you're using.I doubt 9 out off 10 times that's the reason for you're problem(Personal Experience).

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    So, better remove those patches or do a system restore to a state before you've patched or installed Windows Blinds(or any other software).
