Windows 7 Start Up Repair Loop, error 0xc0000225

So my Dell Inspiron 3520 started doing this startup repair loop after I let my little brother use it.
This has been going on for a month and I need help !
I read in other posts that I needed another computer to fix it,
    but I don't, I only have 2 PS3's thats it.
I'm currently on my phone if your wondering.

Reboot and tap the F12 key, run Dell Diagnostics Utility - How to Run the.

Next reboot and tap the F8 key to enter System Recovery Options

Accept any offered repair. If not then run Startup Repair a few times to see if it can start it. If not try System Restore from the Options list.

Report back results of all of these. If they fail you will need another PC to make boot disks to proceed with everything that can be done for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

If you have your files backed up and you want to you can run Dell Windows 7 PC Restore but unless it offers to copy out your files to external USB, you'd need to make a boot disk to do that from the Troubleshooting steps.
