Thanks for this. I did download a vbs script last night (maybe the same one ?) but neither has worked. It is very frustrating. Can't help thinking it is something within the registry though but I am not that familiar with it apart from following instructions on modifying it.

I'm sorry to hear that it didn't help. I'm out of options for now, but maybe somebody else will be able to suggest a possible fix

Who knows, it might be the registry, or something not so obvious.
