    Failure to boot Windows.

I apologize if this is in the wrong place, first time on here.

My PC is unable to load Windows 7.

Around 12pm today my pc was acting a bit sluggish (taking a few seconds longer to open Chrome, taking longer to open documents, etc). I closed all open programs and selected to shut down. It shut down and I left it alone for about 10 minutes and then powered it back on. The loading screen, "Starting Windows", was as far as it got.

After maybe 2-3 minutes of just that screen, it crashed and restarted itself. This repeated once more until I pressed F8 and tried to load into Safe Mode.

Safe Mode was a failure. It froze when trying to load CLASSPNP. The same thing happened with Safe Mode with Networking and Command Prompt.

Selecting "Repair Your Computer" causes my pc to try and load windows again, repeating the "Starting Windows" freeze.

Same response when trying "Last Known Good Configuration"

I unplugged all extra devices other than my monitor, no change. I don't have my Windows CD either, it's in another state.

Not sure what else I can do so I come here to ask more knowledge folks for assistance.
