Unable to delete these numbered files

I have some files apparently that have 13 digits. Don't know how to delete. I've used various erasers and unlock programs and none will delete these, and when I try, often another 13 digit number appears.

4411443477726, 90393062721

and other seemingly random numbers with the same number of digits. Unable to copy or delete them individually or as a batch.

Any ideas? Thanks

Can you show a screenshot of where these numbered files reside in Explorer?

Sounds like a permissions problem... Do they have Braces { } or brackets [ ] around them? A screenshot of their location would be best:

Any new programs installed within the time period that this happened, what's your latest restore point?

And my last big question; Why do you feel the need to delete these numbered programs?

This post by you provides more information about the situation: photos recovered as 1 page, as files (not jpg, etc.) - Recuva Discussion - Piriform Community Forums

So those files are partially recovered files, and in use by some other programs. May be Recuva.

If you dont want those, and if programs like Unlocker cannot do it for you, You may delete those in Windows recovery console. The base idea is here: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

A bootable linux can do the same job, too. Peppermint Live CD/DVD/USB - Create for Emergency Backup
