Window in ful screen mode?

Hi,

i wonder if its possible to have a window go to full screen mode. Like when you press F11 in Firefox, losing the windows borders and the task bars but for all applications.

Thank you.

From what I know of there isn't really a way to make all applications really it just depends if the application supports it or not for example google chrome supports it but cmd doesn't support going full screen if you hear about something let me know

Right, it is application dependent. Especially video and picture processing applications usually have that facility.
