No BSOD'S but event viewer shows one repeated entry/ WLAN

Hi everybody , i didn't put this into the BSOD forum because i have not had a BSOD in years. My issue is i clicked something by mistake(not sure exactly what) and now i am receiving one of the (see screenshot) entries on every reboot .

No other entries just the one in the screenshot and they are piling up , any ideas ? I was only getting one entry in the past.

Thanks
