    ccleaner and a lost file

    hello
each time after I use ccleaner, at reboot I get a lost file message :

I made a copy of the file and place it back in the folder each time, but it's not an ideal situation
would anyone know how I can convince ccleaner NOT TO REMOVE this particular file ?
    thanks !

Why do you need a Temp file to stay there?. In CCleaner go to Options click on Exclude and add that file

well, I have no idea why a temp file should stick there
but it's irritating to have this message at start up
so I'm very thankful to you, I had never explored ccleaner's options
I did as you advised, and I'm sure all will be fine !

    Ooopsss
I get a runtime error when I go there

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

    .........

which frankly takes me in areas which are way above my head

That's probably because Shimshom linked to a page that requires a log-in or the site noticed your request to visit the site came from a French URL.

I tried his link and the busy circle kept going, and going, and going..............................
Then I used: https://vip.asus.com and that will take you to a sign-in page.

Shimshom, does the asus site have permalinks? Try using that or was your link a permalink to a post that had a possible solution for
    icacream?

Yes, that is strange, it opened for me the second time. I compared both links and they are the same.
