The system can not find the environment option that was entered. Help!

So I have been having this couponarific crud popping up so my dad got me ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS for my computer. I try to install it today and it says something like you do not have the permission to install this or something. I decide to delete Microsoft Essentials and a bunch of other Mircosoft stuff that doesn't look like they should be on my computer and now I keep on getting the same message.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\IC\bin\wmsnap.exe

The system could not find the environment option that was entered.

This stuff pops up right when I log on to my account and it doesn't go away! What is going on? I currently cannot play games, install, uninstall or do anything else. I also do not have anything currently on my computer to protect me from viruses and malware. So what can I do to fix this? Also the game I have been trying to play as well as uninstall is Star Wars the Old Republic.

First of all, MSE and ESET generally won't detect adware which is what couponarific is.

Try entering Safe Mode with Networking
    Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, download and run Microsoft Security Essentials again.
Download and run Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free : Do a Custom Scan and check the box to scan for Rootkits, Scan C:
Download and run AdwCleaner : AdwCleaner Download
Download and run SuperantiSpyware : SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloading File

Attach the logs created by the programs you just ran to your next post.

If you wish to continue to use ESET, lets clean up the PC first and then we will remove MSE correctly to allow you to install ESET.

Just for fun, run SFC Scan
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
