Windows keep asking me with what to open certain files.

On every Foobar2000 associated file, windows keep asking me with what to open the file.
    1.The files are associated
2.I enable the "Always use the selected program to open this file"
3.I even enabled the "Register supported file formats on startup" from the foobar settings
    4.UAC is disabled

    Start Menu=>Default Programs=>Set your default programs=>
Choosing Windows Media Player and associating mp3,the mp3 file is started instantly.
Choosing Foobar2000 and associating mp3,windows is always asking me with what to open it.

I don't have problems with any other program that I associated extensions to it.

Edit:Ok I fixed the problem but why does this key exist in the first place.
I had to delete the "LegacyDisable" key from all of the associated extensions

    For example
    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\foobar2000.MP3\shell\open]
    LegacyDisable

I think this is the answer.
I had to delete the "LegacyDisable" key from all of the associated extensions

When I run FileTypesMan I notest that for some unknown reason all of the command were disabled.
Once I click on a command to edit it,I uncheck the "Disable" checkbox(which is adding\deleting a key named LegacyDisable),the menu for the extension appeared.

Before when I click in an extension, the "bolded" option was the "Open With" and menus like "Open" didn't exist.
That's how I fix it but I have no idea why the command were disabled for all extensions(around 10)in the first place
