Completely locked out NOTHING runs

Hi, My computer is stuck on the desktop. I can't run any program at all!!! All I get is the following error message: {26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0 The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password I can't check it cause I can't get to it!! HELP P.S. I've got another message: Failed to connect to a windows service Windows could not connect to the User Profile Service service. This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system. As a administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn't respond. Can someone tell me what to do. I'm not professional. Thanks for any help in advance !!!

first try this:
if you can open registry editor find this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AppID\{CDCBCFCA-3CDC-436f-A4E2-0E02075250C2}
and make sure that RunAs REG_SZ value is set to
Interactive User

if the reg trick doesn't help open msconfig and go to boot options to select
active directory repair under Safe Boot options

In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AppID\{CDCBCFCA-3CDC-436f-A4E2-0E02075250C2} I had already Interactive User. I setup active directory repair under Safe Boot but nothing changed.

One other thing to try is if by chance you have a windows 7 disc; i would try a system restore first off the disc; and roll it back to a date before this started happening. That might work. If not you may have to try and do a windows repair off the windows disc.

Some solutions which worked here: Server process could not be started because the configured identity is - Microsoft Community

If these fail try booting into Hidden Administrator using the WIndows 7 disk Command Line: Built-in Administrator - Enable from WinRE - Windows 7 Forums

Once in Built-In Administrator, try creating a new Admin-level user to test if its Account will function correctly: User Account - Create - Windows 7 Help Forums

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command if necessary from disk Command Line: SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

If these fail try running a Repair Install.

But it may be necessary to Clean Reinstall Windows 7. One step shows how to rescue your files to external USB drive or Flash stick using the disk. Everything else is needed to get and keep a perfect install, which you can then save as a backup image so you never need to reinstall again.

I created new Admin-level user account and after restart I choose to open old name account and Voila! Everything works perfect. Thank You Guys for your help. Without you, I would be completely clueless.
Anyway is there any chance someone explains what really happened and why creating new account help me to open old one?

The old account has become corrupted.

What you need to do next is hide the Built-in Admin account from Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums.

Then operating under the new account, move your files over to it gradually until you're sure you've got everything. At the same time test all programs to see that they run unhindered in the new account. If not you'll need to reinstall them in Control Panel.

Once everything is running fine, go to User Accounts to delete the old account from the new Admin level account. I would still have it put its files on the desktop to keep long enough to be sure you have everything, as a fail safe.

WDC Green: 750 GB runs Hot, 4 TB runs Cool ???
I have two external hard drives, both in Vantec NexStar3 USB enclosures. The older 750 GB WDC Green drive runs HOT to the touch, the 4 TB, and the 2 TB before that, run pretty warm but never hot. Why might this be, and would that much heat cause earlier than necessary drive failure?
