Windows 7 bootup error

Having issue on startup of windows 7 and not sure how to fix it, here is what i saw when the system boots up...

but during the bootup I can't even get the keyboard to work so I can't do the Ctrl-I on this page here...

and when I incerted the windows 7 disk which the first pic that is asking for me to install disk and hit enter, I can't as the keyboard doesn't respond, and so i rebooted with the windows 7 disk in the drive and it shows this page...

i tried both options but neither works, so then windows thinks that I want to re-install windows...what can i do to fix this bootup issue??

my choices are getting low as I don't want to have to reload windows as I have tons of software that the last time when a drive failed took 3 days to rebuild...any other ideas???

Is the HD detected in BIOS setup? If not you'll need to deal with that first by reseating or changing it's cable until its detected, replacing it if not.

If you're sure you're using the correct version Installation disk or System Repair Disk and no installation can be found to repair then try the bootrec commands from Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start, especially rebuilding the bcd after exporting the troubled one. This should at least force the OS to appear for repairs.

Keep in mind that even if it does appear for repair and you're able to run a Disk Check, Startup Repair
or System Restore from System Recovery Options, it still may not repair if infected so best to start at the top of the Troubleshooting steps.

Now is the time to ask yourself if you have a perfect install, a specialty of these forums. Because if you don't then this is also the opportunity to get that one great install and finally enjoy Win7 native perfect performance. If you stick with the steps, tools and methods in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 then you'll have a perfect install for as long as you do.

Was hoping not to have to do a re-install of windows but after trying all the fixes that members suggested and pulled cables and swapped cables then pulled HD to see if they ran I was able to save out all my files, pics and music to my laptop. My current system was a Raid 1 with 2 drives that mirrored each other but now I findout that I needed to do a Raid 5 with 3 drives so that they have parity between them and I will dedicate one drive to the OS and the other drives as storage. Was also suggested to get a NAS drive box and then add a SSD drive to the PC dedicated to the OS and use NAS box as storage. So my question now is should I just do the Raid 5 with a matching 3 HD of my exciting drives or would it be more effective to add the NAS box and SSD dedicated to OS? Any pros or cons to either setup?

We see nothing but problems with WIn7 using dated RAID technology. I would not use RAID at all.
