    Favorites files

    I was told about the program xmarks is a program to use to combine my favorites in firefox with my favorites in explorer so I can get rid of firefox cause it is giving me trouble. Are they right and how does it work? Not seeing how to make it work using the free version.

    You can just use Internet Explorer to import your Firefox favorites.

    Also, try Chrome, it works perfectly. :)

    Are you trying to import your Favorites (Bookmarks) from Firefox to IE (Internet Explorer)? If so, click the link below;

    And don't overlook Firefox's built-in Export in Bookmarks, Show all bookmarks and the Import and Backup link on the toolbar, can Export as an HTML file which can be opened as a Web page, great on a USB Thumb/Flash drive for portability.
