    Since the images in your screenshot are system files, you might see if running a sfc /scannow command may further help.

    Hey Brink, I didn't drop the case.
    I would like to thank you for your help. I tried everything possible, but nothing really worked.

    After few months in waiting and unsuccessful tries of tens of different options I did a repair: Repair Install

    This did fix my issues and kept all my files in tact. My C was 24.7 GB free before and after the repair.
