In addition, is this just a Downloads folder that the download manager program you are using created?

If so, then are you able to set the download manager program to save to your "C:\Users\Downloads" folder instead of the Downloads folder it created in your "C:\Users\Documents" folder.

I do not believe so. Anytime I downloaded something, an email attachment for example the default location always seemed to be the "Downloads" folder located under "Favorites." The default has changed for some unknown reason to a "Downloads" folder under "My Documents." I changed the download designation on the one program you are referring to.

I would like to change the default download site back to the "Downloads" folder under "Favorites." Not sure how to accomplish that?

Let`s start at the beginning, open explorer and right click downloads, now click open folder location. Does it open the same window as mine ?

Now right click the downloads icon in the large window and choose properties, then Location. Does it look the same as mine ?

Following step 1, right clicking on "Documents" under "Libraries" does not produce the "Open Folder Location" option.

Right clicking the "Downloads" folder under Documents also does not produce a "Open Folder Location" option.

When you right click on that Downloads folder and click on Properties, does it have a "Location" tab, and what does it have for it's path in the "General" tab?
