Windows 8.1 boot problems

    This is under the desktop applications. It says it's installed on the Start Screen, but it doesn't under Programs & Features.

    Also, whenever I go to remove it...It takes me to the Programs & Features window, but NETGEAR Genie is not there to uninstall.

    Nope...If I right click, it takes me to Programs & Features. But, there is NETGEAR Genie is not there to remove.

    Seems to be booting normally now though.
