Windows 7 zooms in without me doing anything

Yesterday the problem started of Windows just zooming in without rhyme or reason. By zooming in I mean that it looks like it has a higher rez then it should because the mouse is bigger, the icons are all bigger and games glitch graphicaly. I tried system restore to a week before, trying another monitor, not having skype on, and updating drivers. Please help I can't game anymore with this bugging out.
P.S could it be the graphics card? I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 that is fairly old.
