| | Ubuntu install affected Windows 7 Hi all, Currently running RC version, and after an install (actually reinstall from 9.04 to 9.10) of ubuntu, over the same separate partition, windows 7 showed some noticeable changes. 1) The user account, although apparently the same, (there is only 1) showed no icons on desktop. Navigating to that users desktop folder, shows all the old stuff which was on there before however.. 2) Wireless isn't working. Not finding anything, and doesn't look like it's trying. Flip to ubu, and it works like normal. Anyone have any bright ideas? Thanks for considering! Robin  |
