    Stuck on "Starting Windows"


    I have been using dell studio laptop since last 4 years. But since today morning it's getting stuck on Starting Windows screen. Have tried to start it in safe mood but it's not showing any advanced setup option after pressing F8 key. It shows only two option launch repair and start windows normally. Have tried to select launch startup repair option but it's showing blank blue screen after few minutes and then no progress. Please help me.
