You can type net users in a command prompt and press Enter to see what is shows for "Administrator" instead.

Added the next comment:

Possibly because you don't have administrator rights.

Please download NT Password Reset & Registry Editor Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor
Make bootable media and boot with it, it "should" let you make the change.

So the name of the admin account is just 'Administrator' but I still get an error:

System error 5 has occurred.

Access is denied.

That error means that you are not running the command in an elevated command prompt (right click on cmd.exe and click on "Run as Administrator").

Have you tried doing this in a command prompt at boot?

When you boot with that program, edit the keys I have already posted:
CmdLine and SetupType
then restart PC and enter the command: net localgroup Administrators [UserLoginName] /add
report back what happens.

You will have to redo the whole thing above if you restart PC after command line, because it is a one time option and will load to desktop at next restart.

This should work if you have a Windows 7 install DVD: User Account Password - Change from WinRE

That lets you enable the hidden Administrator account then you can login as Administrator to do whatever you need to do (hopefully).

@AddRAM: OP confirmed admin account is in English - post #14. He just needs to reach an elevated cmd and issue the command. We have already provided couple of different solutions.
