Hi Golden,

Sorry for the delay, its been a really busy couple of days. Here are the screen shots for the BIOS. I didn't upload the ones that seemed unrelated to the issue, but let me know if there any that I need to add. Once again, thank you for you advice.

This looks like a really old system.

Try turning RAID OFF as shown below - the other settings suggest SATA will automatically be detected and turned ON. Save the settings, reboot, and go back to the BIOS and see if OnBoard SATA Hard Drive is detected as present in Screen Capture 4. If it is, reboot again and see if Windows 7 loads.
