the printer user interface window on left is always showing up on startup how do i delete it

Very good. Disable all that stuff. None of that is needed in the startups. It will start when needed anyhow.

What is the MS listing? Put your cursor on the Command listing to see it expanded, or spread the column heading to see it all.

Let us also see the Services tab after Hiding all MS Services. Only your AV and any sync are needed there too.
