Yes mate this is why User groups in Windows - Windows Help rather sad I think for Home Premium users as in my mind it is close enough to the Pro for it to be included.

It shows that the only user account you have is your "hannah" account.

Yup, only one account.
Try creating a new account, then run the command prompt again and see if the new account will show in the list.

User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hi Brink......................followed the tutorial successfully and ended up with a login page with Administrator and hannah. Chose Administrator and a message saying "desktop being prepared" came up and then an error message "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable.

I went to control, users, and couldn't use add or remove user accounts.

I have removed the built in administrator so I'm back with hannah only

I think it may be time to reinstall Windows.
