[Urgent] Computer not working normally please help

Guys I really need your help. I don't know what's going on with my computer.

My computer cant view images properly, see here: http://s24.postimg.org/sbmwjk17n/asdasd.png. They either won't load completely or it looks very weird you can see in the screenshot above.

When I download a file even though the download is completed it gets corrupted (EX: CCleaner installer).
Screenshot when I run the installer: https://i.imgur.com/89hssd8.png
I tried to download games from steam and it tells me download corrupted. That means I can't download anything without it being corrupted.

I went to windows update and tried to install 3 security update and they all fail. Here is a screenshot of the update + the error: http://s2.postimg.org/wtql3zv6g/asdasdaddsadsadfg.jpg

I don't know whats going on please help! I really don't want my computer to break as I got it as a present and it was so expensive please.

Do you have any backups from before the problems started that you can restore?
System Restore Points, or preferably a System Backup Image.

    Run a System File Check:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

What Security programs do you use, and have you scanned for virus and malware ?

I tried to system but there are no restore points because I disabled system protection to improve performance. But I re-enabled it today and there is no restore points. I use Microsoft Essential, MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware.

You may need to re-run SFC 3 or more times with a re-boot after each run, it's in the tutorial.

If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 or more times to completely fix everything that it's able to.

Which if any of these programs do you run real-time?
Or, do you only use them as on-demand scanners?

Scanned it again and returned no error. It says Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
