You want to extend C: into the unallocated space?
You can't do it whilst booted into Windows. You need to use something like bootable Partition Wizard to do that.
Use Partition Wizard boot disk to Resize Partition - Video Help.
Drag the left border all the way to the left, then set the right border where you want it, click OK, then Apply.
If you leave room for another partition on the right side you can Create Partition - Partition Wizard Video Help
The "Extend Partition" function of another program called AOMEI Partition Assistant can also help with this problem. However, I'd like to recommend you to try its "Merge Partitions" function for its more easy and powerful. It can not only merge two partitions (the two partitions must be next to each other; you can merge data partition into system partition, but cannot merge system partition into data partition), but also merge partition with unallocated space (the unallocated space can be located on any place of the hard drive). So, with this function, your problem can be solved easily.
