They should be called C states. C1, C3, C5. Look under advanced, CPU configuration.

Aha! I found them. There's no option to change them, but the ones are C3, C6, and C7 and are listed as "supported". What I can do is either select "auto", "disable", or "enable" CPU C-states. They're currently set to "auto".

Ram will not turn off Hibernate and sleep. That is what we are dealing with now. It will cause BSOD though. But, if you want to check it, this is the way to do it.
Please Run Memtest86+

information   Information
Please download from this site only http://www.memtest.org/ in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip

Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you may have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

When finished, please run a full scan with your current Anti Virus. Allso please download and install Malwarebytes. Watch out for the unwanted programs they want to install, just uncheck them and they won't install. During the set up process, be sure to uncheck the trial real time protection and just use it as an on demand scanner. Download from here, Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software and run a complete scan when it is installed. Also, do the same with Superantispyware SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!. The same thing goes for them, do not use the real time protection. Run a full scan with both of them and delete anything found. Also please run these online scanners.

Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:
Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
ESET online scanner:
Free Virus Scan | Online Virus Scanner from ESET
Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET

Thanks for that. I ran 9 passes and got nothing, so memory should *hopefully* be all good.

I also ran my anti-spyware programs (Super-anti spyware and Malwarebytes), didn't turn up anything serious. Still having the same freezing issues.

If you will go back and look at your Furmark Screenshot, it states it was throttling. But, you will never push your card that hard in real life.

Please run the long and short test in Seatools for DOS SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use on your Mechanical Hard drives. Also run Check Disk Disk Check

Do you have Dameon Tools or Alcohol 120% installed?

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, I haven't had the time to run tests. I finally did today though.

The quick Seatools scan turned up nothing wrong. I tried the long one anyway, it came up with an error and the result log said "Lone Test Time Out! Long Test FAILED" - not entirely sure what to make of that..

I also ran the Windows disk check, but turned up nothing wrong.

Lastly, I don't have Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% installed. Thanks!

If Seatools said the Hard Drive failed, I would back up my personal files and replace the drive. That is most likely part of your problem, if not all of it.
