Download, install, decline trial and check for infection with Malwarebytes
and SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads. Report back results.

Next check System file integrity with SFC /SCANNOW Command.

Hello,

First run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker and make sure everything checks out, then we'll go from there

Also you may want to make sure no Malware is on board your computer.
