    This isn't a BSOD.

Are you getting errors when trying to install WinDBG? Please be specific about what you are doing.

What were you trying to do? Install WinDBG? Please answer the questions asked. Your description of the issue makes it unclear about what the problem is.

No errors when installing windbg that one at the top was uploaded by mistake. I have had so many aggressive pop ups that wont let me close them and then they download them by them selves and when I try and uninstall them they come right back, I don't know if that is why I am getting a black screen after signing in or what. I don't know if these will help or not. These files did not upload for some reason.

All the problems started after a Microsoft update I would say about a half hour later after the automatic update.

What are you trying to download?

I'm sorry, but Im still in the dark about what pop-up's you are talking about and exactly what you are doing that causes those.

Please use screen capture imagrs and photos to illustrate the problem.

    1. Pop ups when I click the internet there adds are everywhere, when I click to close them they just flash then try and close again and they just stay there and then tells me that there product has been downloaded for instance (Pro Security) and they are H--l trying to uninstall it will tell me it is trying to uninstall and to wait.

    2. On the internet a red flashing pop up comes up and tells me I have all kinds of virus, and then freezes my internet page and wont let me do anything and the only way to get around it is to hit ctrl-alt-delete. I am trying to upload a zip file from my computer. Ok this one worked I hope there something there that you can use.

Hello Golden I had to uninstall malwarebytes and reinstall the new version to get it to work, it found 4 malware and something called a trojon plus a lot of files from those pop ups that was installing without my permission. So it took care of that by deleting the things that did not belong. I will see over the next few hours if it did the trick or not. I'm glad your there and will let you know.

I almost forgot I have been using MSE security is there something better I can use for security.
