What's happened to my Comp ? Can't use Windows Explorer

What i did is installing the theme Aero Diamond by Alkhan at deviantart and after i installed it , my computer's completely dump . I can't open "my computer" or "my picture" or "my documents" . Even open a folder on my desktop . I can't even change the theme .
When i left-clicked and choose personalize . Nothing happened . Even when i downloaded another theme from deviantart and opened it with WinRar , double clicked to install and there's still nothing happened .
Can anybody help me please ? I'm hopeless now

Copy and paste sfc /scannow to an elevated command prompt. Hit enter.

Now that your system is repaired, please leave it as it was meant. Altering system files is for intended for advanced users only.

The cause was most likely the theme has overwritten the shell32.dll with an older incompatible version.

If you want to use custom themes than use my tutorial

Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7 - Windows 7 Forums

This is exactly the reason I made the tutorial...the exact same thing happened to me a year ago
