32 bit to 64 bit

Hi
I need help with my window operating system
I would like to change 32 bit into 64 bit
I hope i can change it without delete my files
I have search some software but didn't get


Help :/ i really really really need it

There is no upgrade path from a 32 bit to 64 bit OS. You must do a clean install of the OS and all applications. There is no way around that.

Your machine also has to be 64-bit capable and without details I can't tell you if it is or not. Your personal files should be backed up somewhere, then a complete clean format and install should be done.
