OK I typed attrib -h -s -r d;\boot\bcd and then del dd:\boot\bcd but I nevr got any response.
I then typed bootrec /rebuildbcd and got this response
    scanning all discs
    Total Windows installations: 1
    [1] E:\Windows
Add install to boot list Yes<Y>/No<N>/All<A>: I typed Yes and received the response
element not found. I also tried Y and got the same response.
    Code:
    dir/a d:\boot\bcd*.*
file BCD is not on D anymore? Please confirm.

    Doesn't 25,600 bcd.log mean that bcd is on D ?

Those are the first steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start which was in my first post in this thread a week ago. Everything that can be done to Start Win7 is there. Did you even look over those steps?

    I did run diskpart
    then select vol e
Active and then ran startup repair 3 times
After that I rebooted and got the message - Bootmgr is missing.
I did read and try some of the steps in Troubleshooting Win7 failure to start, before I even came to this forum, and also read quite a few threads about it, which is why I'm now here where I can get some help, thank you for asking though.

    Code:

    detail partition
