3 new unfamiliar .exes running - related to kb2952664 and windows 10?

I installed a large batch of updates yesterday, and one was kb2952664. When I ran my PC, everythingmwas fine, besides windows updates bloated memory leak (800MB it was using! Shortly after trustedinstaller ended it returned to just 25MB. )

so, i saw these 3 exes running around the same time, from a compattel folder in the windows system32 folder.

    Wicainventory
    queryappblock
    diagrackrunner

If I am correct, it was added by update kb2952644. I believe it is to allow compatibility when upgrading windows right? E.g to the new windows 10?

Also, could anyone explain why svchost and windows update causes a memory leak? As soon as I check for updates memory usage inflates, then drops to about 300mb, and overtime after trustedinstaller stops it goes back to normal.

The update description being Compatibility update for upgrading Windows 7 I would pretty confidently venture a guess and say yes. Note the file version #'s in the update: 6.3.9600.XXXXX, 10.0.XXXX etc
