How to find corrupt Non-system files and programs in the HDD

I recently moved from a corrupted HDD to a new HDD by cloning the corrupted HDD.

I later found out that some cloned files and programs are already corrupted an can't be opened form my new HDD after cloning from the old one. Some files like Songs, Movies and software Setups.

I was wondering if there is a software that can detect corrupted files and programs and remove them?

Why did you clone a corrupted system ?

    Do a clean install.

A system file check will correct system files but not 3rd party programs, you will have to uninstall and reinstall those. Some programs will give you the option to repair them.

I have no issues with the System files. Just the movies, 3rd party application setups etc..

Can`t help you with the movies, they should be stored on a separate drive.

You will have to re install or repair the apps, programs etc.

I just want to remove all the corrupted files after auto detecting them. I do not want to recover them. If a file is corrupted then they should be deleted. I hate when something is there but doesn't work when I click it. The only problem is that I do not know which files are bad unless I click on them.

I know of no auto detect program that will detect corrupt files of such things as movies, programs, or other things that are not Windows System Files.

As AddRam stated in post #4

You will have to re install or repair the apps, programs etc.
Another solution would be a Clean Install and then after updating and activation install your programs ect.

For the system and 3rd party applications do a clean new installation.

For movies there is no automatic way to check. you will need to check them all manually.
