Maybe Cyberpower sells parts. I thought they just supplied already built PCs.

If you can spend 1200, there's no reason you can't have an Intel i5.

Your budget is constantly changing. So you are making it difficult on people who are trying to help you.

I'll see what I can come up with at PC Parts Picker for $1200

    Cheap?

    Or $1200?

    Which?

    Pick one.

Define cheap if you don't mean 1200.

    From Parts Picker:

    CPU: i5 4440; 176
Motherboard: Asrock Fatality H97 Performance; 96
Video: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3 GB; same as Cyberpower build; 190
    RAM: Crucial 2 x 4 GB DDR3 1600; 60
HD: WD Blue 1 TB; 54
PSU: Seasonic G series 550 watt; better than Cyberpower build; 80
Monitor: Asus VS-247HP 23.6 inch; same as Cyberpower build; 156

That's $815 according to PC Parts Picker.

That gives you $385 left on your $1200 budget for a case of your choice, an SSD if you want one, keyboard, mouse, headset, another cooler if you want one, etc.

MSI H97 GAMING 3 ATX LGA1150 motherboard is $116; it has an H97 chipset like the Asrock; it's what you need.

I have no idea if it's a good motherboard or not, but it is MSI.

There's an error in your list:

The WD 1 TB drive you have listed is a 2.5 inch laptop drive, 5400 rpm; for $79

You need the WD Blue 1 TB 3.5 inch 7200 rpm desktop drive; which is about $55.

That will put you at about $1030 total.

If you can spend another $70 to make it $1100 total, get an SSD such as the Crucial MX 100. You'll appreciate that every day. Put Windows and most applications on it.
