Can't print color from my photos

    you said it previews fine in paint--so--open in paint--do a 'save as' (in other words resave it) then try opening like you normally do!

    Yeah...just didn't want to do a whole new password/login...and it seems like this problem has plagued people for years in different versions. Thank you everyone who made a suggestion. I really appreciate the time you took. Guess I am just stuck with this for now.

    I use Epson All In One`s for my color printing, never had an issue.

    I have a Brother and an HP Laserjet I use for B&W

    It's not the printer. And I was printing color photos fine with this printer and can still print color photos if I use paint---it is something to do with the microsoft ofc picture manager

    And windows photo viewer does the same thing right ?

    Some option must have gotten changed, keep working on it.

    I already have paint and it works with that...I just don't like to use it..changes size. I like to use picture manager and have used it for years.

    i realize that but if picture manager not working then you will need to find something else besides paint.
