Two (2) My Documents Folders In Win 7 (revisited)

A few weeks ago I posted the following thread: Two (2) My Documents folders in Win 7. The problem has re-occurred and yet different.

"C:\WINDOWS\Users\User-name" once again contains two My Documents. However, unlike the thread posted earlier, the following conditions are present:

    1. The additional (new) My Documents was created yesterday when I ran a video editor called Moyea FLV Editor Light.
    2. The entire contents of the new My Documents folder is the folder Moyea > FLV Editor Light > empty and a desktop.ini file.
    3. When tapping properties of both My Documents folder, the "old" My Documents folder (which contains all folders and files meant to be located in My Documents) does NOT have a location tab, but the newly created My Documents folder DOES HAVE a location tab.
    4. The icon for a folder pinned to the taskbar has become a system icon, but the folder within the "old" My Documents opens properly when the icon is clicked.

One thing I know for certain is before the additional My Documents folder was created, the Properties of the "old" My Documents folder did have a location tab, but now it doesn't.

I'm completely lost on this one.

Let me see if I understand things properly.
    1. Things starting working properly after you follow Brinks instruction from here.

Two (2) My Documents folders in Win 7

Then you installed and used Moyea FLV Editor Light and things are messed up again.

Let me take a wild guess and say that Moyea FLV Editor Light is causing the problem.

Yes and no. I didn't install the program, I simply ran it.

The exact same occurred three days priors when I ran First Class email client. Another My Documents folder was created with an empty FirstClass folder and desktop.ini in it. The difference then is that the new MY Documents folder properties did not have a location tab. So, per Brink's post in the other thread I deleted the new My Documents folder and once again ran Restore_Documents_Default_Location.reg. This time around the documents folder that contains everything does not have the Location tab in Properties whereas the new My Documents folder does.

BTW...there is now another folder in the new documents folder. The folder name is gegl-0.0 and contains an empty plugins folder.

What is the difference in installing and running it :/

Beats me. Maybe I should have stated "ran the previously installed application". Regardless of nomenclature, that program was installed on November 21, 2011 and have "run" it hundreds of times since then without a second documents folder being created.

Not sure seems like a nice little copyrights infringement program which is against forum rules to discuss,
Download a new copy and run it,
    Cheers.

Copied all of the contents from the "old" My Documents folder to the newly created one (with the Location tab in its Properties), deleted the My Documents folder that does not have the Location tab in its properties and then ran Brink's registry fix again. Ran various programs (First Class, GIMP > gegl-0.0, etc.) that seemed to trigger creation of another documents folder and seems to be fine now. We'll see.
