    computer frequently doesn't respond and crash dumped


    my pc started acting up pretty bad with frequent spells of not responding and 2 crash dumps. unfortunately I did not get the error codes. I became so frustrated that I said screw it and completely reinstalled windows 7 pro 64 bit on my computer with the reinstallation disc included with my hp 6005 pro refurb. To my amazement I still have the same exact problems of programs not responding and it also crash dumped again. I am stumped lol! Any kind of suggestion on what I might do to regain control over my rebellious machine would be very appreciated.

    Are you saving the crash dumps? This page explains how to set up your system to save minidumps, then download and run the BlueScreenView app from the link on the same page.
