Dual monitors and sticky edges disabling.

Hello fellas,

I just re-installed my windows 7 OS for regular maintenance and a new feature appeared that I'm pretty sure wasn't here before.
The sticky corners thing that prevents the mouse from switching monitors when working around those borders is a cool feature but annoys me somehow.
There are plenty of solutions around regarding windows 8, but it involves some registry editing that doesn't seem to exist in windows 7:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell\EdgeUI
the bald area being invisible to me (or simply doesn't exist)

Does any of you smart people know to disable this feature under win7?

PS: My english may not be very precise, I apologize for that.
