Unfortunately, the registry tweak did not work. I restarted the computer after applying the attributes, but to no avail. I guess ill just live with the issue for now. Thanks everyone,

Changing a folder name will not change the actual account name...tried that once, nogo, at least for me it was.
Creating a fresh account, copying over appdata local locallaw roaming, configuring taskbar pins & notifications, reCreating desired desktop, Personalizations sets, finally after getting the 2nd account looking and acting very much like the 1st account, then delete the 1st account.
