Administrator accounts keep crashing and need to use guest account.

I bought a new computer(not a new one but from internet) and it worked fine. But after a couple weeks of using it my main account kept crashing resulting me to windows not starting(i only get the blue background and thats it, windows does not start it just crashes) I do not get any errors, it just keeps that way. But when I created my guest account it worked fine and did everything I wanted. But the bad thing is on guest accounts i cant get specifications of my computer. It says not avaible when i try to look it up. My question is: Is it possible to get my main accounts(if i make new accounts they keep crashing too) back to normal or do i need to keep using my guest account?
(Being on my guest account is also the reason i couldnt find all of my specifics of my computer)

English is not my native language so there can be some grammar problems, im sorry.

Thanks for your reply, all those steps are not working. It keeps saying "Access is denied". I cant make a user account or an administrator account(like i said before it crashes and i cant do anything on it). So are there other things u can do to help me out?

    Regards,
    Cem
ps. Im doing all these things on a guest account not a user account
