I didn't look at the link, but the typical scam is that they are distributing cheap volume licenses, which will not activate without the designated license server.
Folks if it looks to good to be true it because it isn't true.
I just called the Store where I get my stuff form.
He buy Windows by the box load. He has close to 50 Windows 7 Pro on hand. His wholesale price on Windows 7 Ultimate is over twice what that sites price.

Mostly, this type of scammer is mis-selling MSDN Keys - with no software.
MS removing the downloads from the public arena may well stop this kind of thin in its tracks, since the purchaser now has effectively no way to install the OS having received their (bogus) Key.
Why don't we ask Brian to be the guinea pig to try out these Ukrainians. We'll all chip in a quarter.
