random freezes and bsod

I know next to nothing about computers so I'm not sure what the problem is there may be a hardware problem because if i sit down really hard i think the vibrations turn off my computer for one and it randomly freezes in games like league of legends. sometimes it say that the display driver has stopped responding and has recovered so it may be a problem with the graphics card or could be the power supply or the cpu over heating or some other part i don't even know about i know its not much to go on but i hope to get some suggestions at least
