Your graphics card might be overheating and causing the problem. Can you check the temperatures while you're gaming and post them? Use something like HWMonitor.

    What does D: mean?

I assume you are not referring to a D drive or a D partition?

All these little do dad (D) all over the place I have no idea what you have or what you are trying to do.
Tweater texting things will not get you any where except confusion from those that are trying to help.

Until you install a anti virus and do scans to make sure you are not infected you are wasting your time and ours.

We need to know your system is clean and is going to stay that way until your fixed.

We also need to know your correct system specs. This tutorial by Brink will help you do this.

While you are downloading and using games from the internet you could be getting infected with virus.
Malwarebytes is a great program for fighting malware but you do need a anti virus program to fight virus.

Use this at the present time.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

With your problem lets start with something basic.

Complete this tutorial by Brink and post the log here.
