Thanks for the specs and the log.

I see no obvious problems showing in the log.

Now we get a anti virus program installed and system scanned this will start looking in the proper direction.

Games on a external drive can cause problems.
Is the drive hooked up by USB?

I'm not a gamer. Maybe some one that games can help with this matter of external drive.

Yes its on an external drive BUT i ran games with much higher graphic requirements like World of Tanks and Warframe with no problem before this issue started. Warframe is a HUGE graphic hog I used to play it at max settings with no problem.

only reason i had to rebuild my laptop was over CTB Locker infestation which is was gone completly before I reinstalled Windows, for some reason i had some programs that were causing conflicts. IT DID not infect my online game drive as all my online games have patchs which would have over written anything that wasnt suppose to be there. i really need help

If CTB Locker got in your system it could of also got into your external drive and now that you have hooked it back to your system after a clean install your complete computer could be infected again.

I would recommend going here and let one of our experts help you make sure your system and all drives are clean.

If you have fully completed the steps for Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 7 Forums
then you will have your problem solved by one of the analysts in the Crashes forum.

In addition compare the install you did with the perfect install compiled in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 particularly how drivers are handled best in Win7 as well as the tools and methods which work best in over 1.3 million installs without a single problem. If your install varied much I would do it over correctly.

I would not personally run games from an external drive since there is a lag related to the USB controller if not on an internal drive. An SSD is the best upgrade you can have, faster than a high end PC without one.

If confident in your install then while you wait for analysis of the files you posted, work through steps in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

While you are downloading and using games from the internet you could be getting infected with virus.
Malwarebytes is a great program for fighting malware but you do need a anti virus program to fight virus.

Use this at the present time.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

With your problem lets start with something basic.

Complete this tutorial by Brink and post the log here.

Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions
I definitely agree with bear here on the part of anti virus. Malwarebytes will only scan for and get rid of malware. If you dont have anti virus you are just asking for a big problem to happen. But whether or not you really want to protect your system is up to you.
